You Don't Need to Fit a Mold to Deserve Support
Many of the people I work with have spent years feeling misunderstood—by partners, family members, professionals, or even themselves. They may be navigating relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, ADHD, autism, chronic illness, identity questions, or simply trying to make sense of why life feels harder than it seems to for everyone else.
I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in adult neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, and AuDHD), sex therapy, and couples counseling. I work with individuals and partners who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create lives that fit who they are rather than who they feel they should be.
My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, sex-positive, trauma-informed, and grounded in genuine curiosity. I don't believe your brain, your relationship structure, your sexuality, or your lived experience is something that needs to be fixed. Instead, therapy becomes a place to explore what is getting in the way, build practical tools, and create meaningful change that feels authentic to you.
I welcome adults from diverse backgrounds and relationship structures, including LGBTQ+ individuals, consensually non-monogamous relationships, kink communities, and those whose lives don't fit conventional expectations.
